Inspired by Salus—health, safety, and well-being.
The Dasalus name draws inspiration from Salus, the Roman goddess associated with safety and well-being. That idea is reflected in a simple mission: help people protect what they have worked hard to build.
We believe good advice begins with a real relationship. That means learning the business, answering the phone, communicating honestly, and being present when a client needs help—not only when renewal comes around.

Dante Gambino founded Dasalus after building experience across global accounts, casualty brokerage, private-equity-focused account management, and complex commercial risk.
His background includes work with Starr Companies and Aon, where he served as a Senior Associate Casualty Broker. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Dante created Dasalus to offer the expertise of a sophisticated brokerage with the trust, familiarity, and accessibility of a personal advisor.
